“The greater the loyalty of a group toward the group, the greater is the motivation among the members to achieve the goals of the group, and the greater the probability that the group will achieve its goals.”

A SUCCESS TEAM is a small, ongoing group, made up of about 6 people like with organizer, team leader and members. The people on your team will help you make your dreams come true. Why? Because you’re going to do the same thing for them. Your team will keep you moving until you discover and achieve your dream.
The Magic Secret
A SUCCESS TEAM usually has 5-6 members who meet every week for 8 consecutive weeks. It will help you figure out what you want, and design a plan of action to get it. It will get you information, contacts and support week after week.
3 Top Confidence Boosters
- Don’t criticize yourself. It sounds obvious but we can be our own worst enemies. Negative self talk isn’t helpful and can only harm your self-esteem. You wouldn’t do it to someone else, so don’t treat yourself in this way either. Treat yourself with kindness and respect.
- When your confidence is low to facing any personal challenge, write down positive attributes. Use this list whenever you need to confidence boost or extra courage to take on a new challenge.
- Treat yourself well; make a list of things you enjoy. Make a date with yourself to do each of these things as often as you can manage and stick to it.
